Daily tour at Urban Shading exhibition

Guided experiential tours for parents and children will be held every morning at 11:00 throughout July and August at the Urban Shade in Israel Exhibition, in the course of which participants will have an opportunity to learn about shade through the exhibition’s different aspects, including a tour of shading elements outside the Museum.

The summer exhibition at Design Museum Holon generates a discussion about the absence of shade in public spaces. Under the call “Shade Now! Saving/Shading Public Spaces”, the exhibition goes beyond the boundaries of the Museum’s galleries to innovative shading elements that were especially erected in the Mediatheque and Museum plaza. These shading elements are the winners of an international competition that was held as part of a multi-year project supported by the Beracha Foundation and which culminates in the exhibition.

The tour, not including a workshop, lasts approximately ninety minutes, and is subject to advance booking and a minimum of ten participants.

The tour is included at the ticket price
