Ineke Hans

In 1995, Ineke Hans graduated at the RCA in London. After working for Habitat for a couple of
years, she founded her studio INEKEHANS/ARNHEM in 1998.
Ineke Hans works from Holland with a small team on 3d projects: furniture, products, jewelry
and architectural projects come as one-offs, small serieproducts or massproduced items.
Her work centres around pictograms and archetypes and is clear and almost graphical.
It has evolved in many ways, acquiring the identity most clearly of a designer, with the impulses
of a sculptor, and the industrial experience needed for commercial life.
The emphasis is on intelligent use of materials and techniques, innovation and connecting
human habits, functionality, poetry and historical contexts.
Among her clients are Royal VKB, Cappellini, Offecct, Ahrend and Lensvelt
