Joa Herrenknecht

Joa is short for Joanita - I was born in Saskatoon, Canada and raised in Germany (Black Forest) near the french border. I finished my master studies in Product Design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Karlsruhe, Germany (mid 2010)
In summer 2011 I established myself as a designer -
Workexperiences include internships at a Carpentry, an Architecture Studio, the crazy garage of Luigi Colani, the amazing studio of Patricia Urquiola in Milan/Italy and Studio Dror in New York/US, as well as commissioned work for WMF, Nanoo (CH) and kr design.
