Flux Chair, 2008
Polypropylene

Inspired by the work of paper artists, Flux stands for Flexibility and Luxury, the idea for the chair was born out of a simple piece of paper. In 2 easy folds it can transform from a flat envelope shape to a designer chair. Flux can be used indoor and outdoor and is completely weatherproof. Produced in Holland, Made from a single sheet of polypropylene and weighing in at only 5 kg, Flux Chairs are light enough to carry around and strong enough to support up to 160 kg. Stacking wise, if lying flat on the ground 77 chairs can be stacked in just one meter high.
