Adam Štech is a design and architecture editor and curator based in Prague, Czech Republic. Now he is finnishing his study of Art History at Charles University in Prague. Last four years he works for Prague-based design, architecture a life-style Dolce Vita magazine as an editor. In 2009 he co-founded OKOLO creative collective with an interesting in looking for new theoretic contexts and original presentation of design, architecture and fashion. OKOLO did several curated exhibitions and special print publications including exhibitions in London, Lodz, Prague, Bratislava, Milan or Stockholm. Collective also published four issues of its annual magazine and made books such as OKOLO Mollino on Italian modernist master Carlo Mollino. Adam writes for international magazines such as Wallpaper, Cool Hunting, Domus, Mark, Damn, Modern and Modernism. Also he collaborated with Form magazine, Depot Basel gallery, Casa Mollino, Phillips de Pury, SightUnseen and Architonic. Also he is editor of daily online magazine www.okoloweb.cz of OKOLO.
