Point Supreme in collaboration
with Reineke Otten & Robert Ungar

2014 ,Serpentina
Iron, acrilic dralon fabric

Serpentina is a long modular structure that makes clever and direct use of recyclable
industrial materials to create a colorful, iconic, architectural tribute. This tribute is not
only esthetic; the way the structure is positioned in a public space changes the functions
of the elements within it and responds to it by means of the furniture beneath it. A tribune
transforms the public space facing the structure into a stage, and the furniture beneath the
shading encourages community use and interaction by means of simple elements: picnic
tables, low seating, a kiosk, and so forth in accordance with the different communities
using the specific public space and the potential inherent in it.
The project won the Gan Habanim category.
