A unique combination of light and textile created by means of illuminated technological textiles that connect electrical circuits with LED lighting embedded into the fabric which is visible through the patterned embroidery. The lighting compositions are organized on a basic grid and the customer can order a personalized design which is then sent by the manufacturer ready to be sewn to the desired measurements (up to fourteen meters in length). Lighting intensity and diffusion can be controlled by incorporating filtering layers, and basic patterns can be ordered with either dimming and/or animation features which are defined by two separate electrical circuits. The textile works on less than 20 mA (milliampere), five-volt current to a LED bulb. The fabric is lightweight, wearable, washable, suitable for drapes, and can be given standard textile finishes such as thermal transfer printing, heat pressing, lamination, or insetting gemstones.
