Glass that explores possibilities in glass design with more than two thousand glass types that create unique solutions, including a hand-blown cracked texture or crocodile skin, and glass that tests the ability of a mirror to create a sparkling metallic effect. One of the company's most interesting developments is a safety glass tile composed of a layer of fibers in two colors that is laminated between two sheets of low-iron glass, which allows the light reflected from the surface of the tile to change color from different viewing angles. This unique tile was developed at NASA in the 1950s in order to prevent the harmful effects of direct cosmic and solar radiation.
